New CPD Event in the North East

by editor on October 30, 2013

In response to feedback received at our Annual Conference, the ATP is running a CPD event in the North East of England. The aim of the day is to provide high quality, low cost, CPD for psychology teachers and it will consist of interactive workshops, facilitated by experienced teachers, on a variety of topics relevant to all specifications.  There will be plenty of opportunity to network with like-minded professionals.

We are delighted that Teesside University has offered to host the event at their   Darlington Campus and will provide us with a member of the psychology teaching staff to facilitate one of the workshops.

The programme is still to be finalised, but it will include workshops on issues such as effective lesson planning, using interactive resources, questioning, assessment for learning, teaching research methods, preparing for OFSTED etc. Please email us with your suggestions.

The event will be held at: –
